domestic orders receive free complimentary shipping. next day shipping is available for additional charge of $20. orders ship same day when placed before 12pm. order’s placed after 12pm will ship the next business day. orders can not be shipped to po boxes.
international orders require a $40 shipping fee. customers who place an international order are responsible for all duties and taxes.
orders are eligible for return within 14 days of the item's original ship date. return items must have original tags attached. items must also be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damage. to initiate a domestic return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label.
to initiate an international return, please contact email@example.com to request a return label. international returns require a $40 return fee which will be deducted from the item refund amount.
once returns are inspected and accepted, a confirmation email will be provided and refund will be issued. refunds will process within 14 – 21 days of when returned items are received.
returns that do not meet the necessary requirements for approval may be 1) returned to sender or 2) a deduction from the refund value will be applied to cover the cost of cleaning and/or repair.
preorder purchases are charged at time of checkout. items purchased will ship within the estimated delivery window which will be listed withing the items description. once item(s) are shipped a confirmation email will be shipping with tracking information.

how can i track my deliveries on the route mobile app?
you can view your deliveries in the route mobile app to get a real-time view of where all of your packages are. on the map screen, you can swipe through cards or zoom into the map to see where packages are in-transit. tap on a card to open up the order details page. you can also see a list view of all your packages on the orders screen. from there, you can take on orders to see the order details which will provide info around where your order is in transit.
